Kettlebell Body Conditioning For Beginners & Beyond What to expect… A full-body kettlebell workout designed to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more powerful. Sessions focus on functional strength, conditioning, and core stability, improving how your body moves and performs. Exercises are offered at three levels, allowing you to challenge yourself appropriately and progress at your own pace. Class levels… • Level 1 – No Weight: bodyweight movements focusing on technique and mobility • Level 2 – Basic Strength: light to moderate kettlebells with controlled, strength-based exercises • Level 3 – Technical / Ballistic: more advanced kettlebell movements for power and conditioning You can move between levels at any time, take breaks when needed, and progress at your own pace.
