Kettlebell Bootcamp A high-energy, full-body workout that combines the power of kettlebell training with the intensity of bootcamp-style sessions. Expect to swing, press, squat, and lift your way through dynamic exercises that build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and boost your mood. Each session blends functional movements with interval training to enhance power, agility, and core stability. No experience needed — we’ll guide you through every move and provide modifications so everyone can take part. Suitable for all fitness levels and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and just the right amount of sweaty. Please bring: water, a sweat towel, comfortable clothing, supportive footwear, and a mat if you have one (we have a few to borrow).
