Anahata (heart chakra) is the 4th chakra and is located in the centre of the chest. It is the centre of love, connectedness & healing.
The heart chakra governs our relationships. An imbalanced heart chakra can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others. This practice is a sensory experience designed to help balance your heart chakra, promoting self love & kindness.
