"A year ago  (actually let's be honest a few months ago) the thought of doing exercise, especially boxing, outside, in January, in the rain and the wind, followed by another exercise class (pilates)  would never have occured to me, but I did it yesterday, and I enjoyed it, and I’m proud that I did it, and plan on doing all it all again for the foreseeable. Thanks to Eilidh and all at cardio boxing for such a positive and welcoming class."
