Join us for a deeply nourishing Heart Chakra session focused on love, compassion, and emotional healing. Guided by the element of Air and the sense of Touch, we’ll move through heart-opening practices that support the chest, shoulders, and upper back—helping to soften tension, improve circulation, and create space to breathe more freely in both body and mind.

This class will include mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and gentle energy work to calm the nervous system and reconnect you with self-love and inner balance. We’ll also work with tuning forks at 136.10 Hz (Earth Year / OM) to support heart harmony, compassion, and emotional release.
