Our 5 week Revive practice is designed to promote energy balance in Spring.
Spring is a time for rebirth. In nature we see the signs of life re-emerging after winter. Things begin to get greener, we start to see flower blossoms, and baby animals born. We notice the days getting longer & brighter and our energy should gradually do the same.
