Silent Disco Trek

As part of our GLOW IN THE DARK program we invite you to join us on this Silent Disco Trek around Glasgow.

BTBA promotes movement as a means to maintaining mental health. This time of year can be really hard for many people. Our plan is to raise awareness, funds (with donation buckets) & spirits as we saunter & sing through our beautiful city of Glasgow. We will move, laugh & enjoy the festive energy together.

Each year we choose a charity/organisation that helps support mental health. This year we are raising funds for TBC

Bus to Partick. Walk to & around town. Slow pace with plenty pit stops.

Finishing 7pm at Mc’Nabb’s.
