About the event
Join us for our Spring Equinox Celebration where we will practice Yoga, Mindfulness, & Eco Therapy.
This practice is suitable for beginners & beyond.
We encourage you take time to be outside either before or after our practice. Even just a wee walk around the block noticing nature.
Investment: £6. Drop in. No need to book. We have a few mats to borrow.
