A deeply restorative 7-week journey through the body’s energy centres — balancing mind, body, and spirit through yoga, mindfulness, Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and aromatherapy.
Each week focuses on a different chakra to release blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner harmony.
