Tranquil Tuesday with Hands on Reiki is a 90-minute holistic class designed to help you slow down, soften the body, and deeply regulate the nervous system.

Each session begins with a gentle, intuitive blend of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, fascia release, lymphatic stimulation, and meditation. The class is guided in a way that allows space to tune into your body, release held tension, and reconnect with a sense of balance and ease.

The final 30 minutes are dedicated to extended relaxation and Reiki energy, offering time for the nervous system to fully settle. This deeper rest supports emotional release, energetic balance, and a profound sense of calm, allowing the benefits of the practice to integrate more fully.
