What can you expect?

Whether you are training for Tartan Warrior or just looking for a fun way to move on a Sunday morning you are welcome to join us.

Run, jump, climb, crawl, get pure boggin 💩 & have a good laugh with your team.

Face your fears, challenge your body & release your inner child. Together we will support & encourage each other on the urban adventure.

All activities are at participants own risks. You will be encouraged to try things however you are not obligated to do everything in the session. If you feel unsafe you can opt out.

Suitable for all fitness levels.
