Outdoor Bootcamp For Beginners & Beyond What to Expect… A supportive, high-energy outdoor circuit training class designed to build full-body strength, fitness, and confidence. Sessions combine bodyweight exercises with functional equipment such as slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, tyres, and more. Every workout is different and fully adaptable, allowing you to work at your own level while enjoying fresh air and a motivating group atmosphere.
